HV/E-H - Product description

The fork type continuous milling head with 1 or 2 axes with built-in electrospindle HV/E-H has been designed as a special technological accessory for the machines of TOStec series - PRIMA, OPTIMA, VARIA and GRATA machine. Fastening of the head on the RAM of the GRATA machine is carried automatically from PICK-UP station. Fastening of the head on the machines of TOStec range is permanent. The positioning and clamping of its adjustable base parts is carried out automatically.

Technical specifications

* TYP 1: Finishing + semiroughing - steel (till surplus c. 2mm). Roughing – non-ferrous metal alloys, artificial wood, plastic material or further materials with good machinability (with surpluses till 15mm according to material type).

** TYP 2: Roughing – steel, cast iron and other materials with good and worse machinability (to surplus c. 5mm). Finishing – steel (surplus c.2mm) and materials with good and worse machinability.
